INFORMATION FOR CREF DELEGATES

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation from Airport
The Ritz-Carlton is situated 5-10 minutes from the airport. A one-way taxi to the hotel will cost approximately US$15.00. There is a transportation booth situated outside baggage claim which will assist with finding you a taxi.

A Town Car will cost US$55.00 for a one-way trip. Additional fees will apply after 12am.

If you have any questions, there is a Puerto Rico welcome desk at the airport and staff are looking forward to welcoming CREF delegates. You can address any questions as they relate to your transportation to staff at the welcome desk.

REGISTRATION
Monday, October 15th
Registration will be open as follows:
8.00AM – 10.30AM in the Pre-Function Area of the Hotel Meeting Space
1.00PM  – 15.30PM in the Pre-Function Area of the Hotel Meeting Space
16.30PM – 19.30PM by the Gazebo in the Pool Area of the Hotel
 
Tuesday, October 16th
Registration will be open from 7.00AM – 6.00PM in the Pre-Function Area of the Hotel Meeting Space.

Wednesday, October 17th
Registration will be open from 7.00AM – 4.00PM in the Pre-Function Area of the Hotel Meeting Space.
 
WELCOME RECEPTION
The Government of Puerto Rico will host an opening reception on the evening of October 15th from 6.00PM – 7.30PM. This will take place in the Pool Area of the Ritz-Carlton. In the event of bad weather we will advise you of alternative arrangements.
